🚨The DOJ seems to want unprecedented seizure powers despite past major seizures.

The Justice Department is SO concerned about protecting Americans that they feel it's "critical" for them to be able to seize people's cryptocurrency without any silly judge getting in the way. 😱 How Big Brother of them! 🧿

As the IRS prepares to stalk our crypto transactions like a clingy ex, the DOJ is already drooling over the new powers this could give them to snatch up our coins. Yay! With the IRS tracking our every crypto move through 8 billion creepy new forms, the DOJ will finally have the tools to rob us blind in broad daylight. Lucky us! 🤗

You see, the DOJ made some big recommendations after Biden's executive order on crypto - which was supposed to crack down on it, but kinda didn't. The DOJ's ideas covered how to prosecute and investigate crimes more easily. You know, just casual police state expansion plans. 👮‍♂️ But the really fun part was them asking for more power to steal crypto! What a nifty proposal. 💡

The DOJ claimed they reeeeeally need to expand their powers of criminal, civil, and administrative forfeiture over crypto, saying their powers are just too limited right now! Puh-lease. Nevermind they've already seized $427 million with the FBI and $3.8 billion with the IRS. No no, clearly they're struggling and need to take more. Riiiiight.

With billions already stolen, it's obvious the DOJ is completely sincere and not just trying to rob us blind without due process. Let's give them the unchecked power to take our property! What could go wrong? 💸👍

XRP's shocking gains clearly have no connection to Ripple's very real progress on adoption and use cases. 🙃

XRP is just soaring lately! Its massive gains must mean it's suddenly becoming more popular for no reason! 🚀

It's not like XRP has always had strong utility as a fast and efficient crypto for payments. 🤷‍♂️ This growth out of nowhere is totally normal!

And Ripple's partnerships couldn't possibly be helping drive adoption. 🙅‍♂️ Approvals in major financial hubs like Dubai definitely won't bring more mainstream usage of XRP! 🌇

Also laughable is thinking Ripple's CBDC platform could contribute to XRP's appeal. 😂 Even though it's already being used by governments, that couldn't make XRP seem more viable! 💩

Clearly, this pump is just speculation and hype. 🤑 It's not at all related to Ripple's long-term development of real-world XRP use cases. 💼

We all know Ripple has no role in XRP anymore! 🤞 Nevermind they keep building critical tools for it... I'm sure that's irrelevant! 🙈

XRP's utility has nothing to do with this - it's all mania and manipulation! 🌋
