Ripple, the "blockchain giant" 🙄, is totally killing it, despite those pesky U.S. regulatory issues. The SEC tried to appeal but got a big fat "nope" from Judge Analisa Torres because they couldn't muster a decent case 🙅‍♂️.

But, in the midst of these legal triumphs, Ripple's CFO Kristina Campbell waved goodbye 👋. Oh, and let's not forget, XRP's price had a little "dip" (more like a belly flop 🏊‍♂️) in the last 24 hours, plummeting below the $0.50 mark and shedding more than 4% of its value.

While the world crosses its fingers for Ripple to win its legal battle in the U.S. to set a precedent 🤞, the company seems to be playing the classic "regulatory hurdles? What regulatory hurdles?" card. 🏇💨
